If I die: Do I lose something like items or Courons? Is it recorded in some statistic?

Hello Rezirox, At the moment, there are no statistics. This will come in the future with the leaderboard feature (this tab is currently present in station interior, but unavailable to select). As for the direct consequences of player being killed, at the moment, the currently equipped equipment is losing 1 HP per player death. Since it would be cruel in the current state of the game (the equipment is not yet produced by the players), nothing besides it is happening. That will change in the future, of course. Once I see that the players are able to create new equipment on their own via space stations, new feature will come in which would reduce the efficiency of destroyed equipment (equipment with 0 HP) to a half. E.g. a weapon dealing 10 DMG would deal only 5 DMG, an engine providing 30 max speed bonus would only provide 15 speed bonus, etc. The destroyed equipment items (items with 0 HP) are not be deleted by the system and instead they stay usable this way. Of course, the equipment items can only be sold at the space station shop if its HP is at least 50% of the max value. The max HP of the item is determined by its quality. Currently, players are able to get equipment of standard (20 max HP) and premium quality (40 max HP) via space stations. Regards, Lukas Tokar
