Hello everybody!
This report comes a month later from the version initial release. I was too busy at my regular work in November this year to make any significant progress. But, I am back, so here is the change log to at least keep things in order.
- [u]NEW FEATURES[/u]:
+ speed adjustments (acceleration and deceleration). Ship can now go in reverse up to a 10th of the ship's full speed
+ danger zones (unpassable asteroid fields, thunder clouds)
- [u]UPGRADES[/u]:
+ radar - new icons for medium sized ships
+ new system messages for item handling operations
- [u]FIXES[/u]:
+ fixed invitation / request window for accepting or denying an invitation / a request
+ fixed HUD window for targeting which couldn't be closed by it's red square button
+ station interior -> shop - fix for being unable to sell items even if all conditions for the trade are met
+ fixed admin command for giving an item
+ added message about respawn wait time left when choosing to respawn at the sector HQ
+ balancing for ship Engines
+ hyper-jump fix - if a player starts hyper jump and has other players docked in his ship, the jump is not performed on these docked players who suffer heavy loading of the new location which resulted in game crashing down.
- [u]Known issues[/u]:
- sometimes player ship can become invisible for other players only. The root cause is still unknown but there are attempts each version to counter this issue.
- sometimes the destroyed NPC ships, upon their respawn, can become invisible for some players. The root cause is still unknown but there are attempts each version to counter this issue.
- there is an issue with the ship / station wrecks which might cause the game client to crash from time to time. The root cause is still unknown but there are attempts each version to counter this issue.
